It is a wonderful book that reveals the secrets of existence. One comes to know own deep truths and also learns step by step how to clear the clutter inside. This is the first book I have read from Wayne Dyer. It came recommended by Oprah Winfrey. I must admit it was a pleasurable read. The style of writing is very casual and easy to digest. The book is moderately long. The first half is packed with spiritual teaching and in the second half he explains how this teaching can apply to your daily life. I must admit that the second half is kind of repetitive. Especially of you have a good gist of the ideas in the first half. I must admit in the beginning portion of the book I was a little thrown off with the concept of intention. It feels like the author could have expounded a little more in the introduction. I had to read the first chapter twice because I felt that I did not quite get the idea. That being said this is a very good read and has a kernel of spiritual teaching that is enlightening. There is something here that you can take away if you are a spiritual seeker. There are a lot of “aha!” moments here (Oprah Winfrey reference!) Especially in the first half (not so much in the second). This one gets a recommendation from me! Happy reading.
