I regret this purchase more than any one in my life. I got this package at a time when I was travelling a for a week when I came back just by looking at it most electricians refused to install...this company doesnt even offer installation or help the electricians in any sort of way..there is a 3-4 manual inside that tells us how it can be installed but it is not model specific and tells only half part of the installation..so the rest we decided what to do on the basis of guess and assumption..but the most shocking part was that when we opened the whole packing which was in layers, we found in the last layer there were crytal balls and the broken thin sheets of metal ok which these crystals hang. This circular grid (see pics) of metal sheets were broken from many sides as there welding had come off and sheetss were bent and warped from various locations the ornate rim that was also bent. We did not expect such an expensive fan to be sent in such broken state. Amazon should not allow such products to sell in their site. Hang on, since the decorate part where the circular grid was could not be fixed and the whole day went in trying to figure out how installation will be done..and when most parts were not even coinciding with each other due to bent metallic parts and poor placement of holes from where nuts and bolts were supposed to pass through..my electrician in the lat evening gave up and told me get the installation done from somewhere else as he hasnt seen a fan with such bad quality of materials. Now I am left in the lurch as no one is ready to install it further...the screws they had given were too short to pass through and hold the structure which means I have to go to the market to find out new screws and also since the holes are not aligning I may have to get the welding done again and of course get the bent parts straightened up so much for a luxury fan I hoped to receive. And even then since the fan is still not installed I am not sure even today whether it will work as the way a fan should or not..my suggestion is not to buy this product at all. And if they are not willing to return the product then I will have to go to consumer court.

This is a wonderful chandelier. After a lot of research, I finally decided to go for it. It certainly changed the look of dining room. It made the room so elegant.Ofcourse, rpmis 20% less when compared to regular fans, which is common in all brand retractable blade fans. It is little expensive in my opinion. Having said that I highly recommend to go for it. Durability, I cannot comment right now as I got it installed yesterday itself.

please provide installation video to install the this fan, my electrician cant understand installation manual

Zero value product. Giving sound from first day of installation. But they don't give any service. I purchased 3 fans 2 years back. One fan is dead now and they are not giving any service or spare parts. I thrown one useless fan before using 2 years. Dont buy such products because you will also throw after 1 year due to no service and spare parts. Local engineer can not repair due to not availability of spare in open market

I've bought this product on 27 may 2019 only. From last till Sep end this product was working perfectly but from last 10-15 days it's has stop working. I though may be remote cell has discharged that's why it's not working I've replaced with new one but it's not at all working with remote . When we try to operate it manually with switch it's just get blink ones after that switched off at its own. I've spent almost 18 thousand on this product & it has start giving problem in just 3 months. Somehow I am able to connect with seller & not at all satisfied with the seller revert as he is saying pls get it checked at our own than what is the point of warranty

I am searching for installation person. But nobody is ready to do installation it...can you please forward any installation person...it's urgent...I am hunting for person since a month..

The media could not be loaded.  Very bad product. We purchased it in April and today and light and fan togethydoes not work. Regarding replacement if we ask anything we get to hear "we will inform sir". Think 100 times before buying it. Without AC it's just useless as the air flow and circulation is very less. Look wise it's great
