Discovery EXPEDITION Wonderwall Entertainment Projector - DLP, RCA, USB, Colors May Vary

I bought each of nieces and nephews these for Christmas after seeing a movie on one outside in my neighbors driveway. Photo quality is obviously not HD, but look at the price. So, the people that gave this a low rating were expecting cinema quality for under a hundred bucks. You will not be disappointed buying this. Fun for the kids and adults at a great price.

the discovery projector was much better than i could have ever imagined for such a low budget projector this item packs a punch the picture is amazing i hooked it up to surround sound although you dont have to the speakers on the unit is also very sufficient and i ran a check on replacement bulbs much more affordable than other projectors replacement price for bulb around 3 to 5 bucks wow also lasts around 10,000 hours which is amazing despite others negative review on this item you wont here that from me considering ive had 60 inch hd flat screen tv plus 46 inch big screen and several other tvs recently short out the discovery projector saved the day for me

Knowing how much quality projectors cost, my expectations for this budget item were already quite low. Unfortunately, they weren't low enough. This device makes films almost unwatchable. The main reason for this is that the lamp fan is entirely too loud. Even with the audio hooked up to a speaker system, I can hardly make out the dialog in the film as it must compete with the whirring of the fan. In addition to this the picture quality is really quite bad. Even for a cheap projector, it should at least be clearer and sharper the smaller you make the image on the wall. However, I find that it is equally dull, diffused and blown-out regardless of size. The color and contrast controls are primitive and don't allow for any fine tuning. If you care about your viewing experience, I suggest avoiding this model at all costs.

honestly i dident mind this product it was packaged very well and worked perfect the only problems i have with it is when there is anything bright on the screen it blurs out a ton in my opinion this product is worth 50-60$ but would make a great gift for any kid that is taking over their parents tv all the time with games

I was in the market for a projector that I could use at home so that I could watch movies and football games with friends without having to buy a huge expensive TV. I read all of the reviews for this projector on Amazon and on other sites - they were mixed. Some people loved it, some hated it. I decided to just give it a try and REALLY, REALLY wanted to be pleasantly surprised. I didn't have too high of expectations, since the projector only cost me $66, but I was still disappointed. The pixels are so large that it looks like you are watching your movie through chicken wire or a screen door, even when I was only throwing a 4 foot (diagonal) image - it gets worse as you make the image bigger. When I tried to watch sports or the news, I could not make out any of the text. I messed around with the focus, color, and contrast, but, at its very best, the image was still very poor. I thought the handle would be made of metal and sturdy, but it is plastic and I was afraid I would break it if I tried to adjust it. A lot of reviews complained about the fan noise and speaker level, but I thought those were actually OK. Set up was very easy from a DVD player or cable box. I ultimately decided to return it because I just couldn't see myself ever using it - I'd be too embarrassed to invite people over to watch a movie on this thing.

Everyone reviews this product and rates it as if it were a $900.00 DLP HD projector. Well quite simply it's not. This is a low price budget projector perfect for outdoor movie viewing and with a simple $20.00 converter box its good for presentations too. I have used it numerous times in my backyard to watch tv shows and movies and everyone was pleased. No its not crystal clear but with some adjustments it is enjoyable and easy to view. The setup is quick and easy and with the use of an old projector screen brightness and color aren't too bad. I am enjoying this product greatly considering I only pain $85.00 for the converter, projector and screen. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap projector for light use keeping in mind it is cheap and the quality isn't perfect.

I've rated max, because otherwise it was not accepted, 1. the light is too weak, not seen good at wall, 2.It's not compatible with computer!!! 3. It's not compatible with my X-BOX! I wish the products have very detailed description.

This is a compact projector and makes it easy to use. Hook the DVD player up to it it and show your movie.
