I've had this thing for 2 years now and it is a life saver. I use it for low back pain. I suffer from lateral shifts occasionally, but as soon as I feel one coming on I hook this up for 30-60 minutes, then alternate between hot and cold. It is great for maintanance and intervention when i comes to my issue. The battery charge lasts for hours on end. An amazing little machine.

Quality product, used often for 2 months. Relieved the pain when it was most unbearable. Easy to use and the pads lasted a while. Small enough to put in pocket and has a lock function that prevents changes once set.

I am pleased with this new TENS/EMS unit. I have only had it for a week but I need to treat the pain in my shoulder and this works both as a TENS unit as well as a EMS unit. The EMS setting does make my muscles move, however, it doesn't feel like a massage. I guess nothing beats a massage. However, This works both ways to alleviate discomfort.. I would recommend this product, and have hopes for it lasting much longer than the cheap ones. It has backlighting when turned on so that is great when I am in bed in the dark and grab the control to set up another round of treatment. I have enjoyed to TENS setting at up to level 10 without any shocking sensation like certain cheap TENS pens give. This also had a good recommendation from 2 Therapists on Youtube, and that made a difference in my decision making.So far, so good. I have nothing bad to say about it. It also has a little housing with clip to attack to your pocket, belt, or other clothing option you might think of. Not too heavy if you are wearing light yoga pants or athletic shorts, so that is great. Feels solid.

Easy to apply pads work well in delivering electrical stimulation to relieve muscle stiffness & soreness. This TENS unit has both multiple strength settings and pulse patterns, my only complaint and reason for a less than 5 star rating, is that there is no chart or explanation showing what each of the numbered pulse patterns are or how to best benefit from them. Other than that this unit would easily rate a 5 of 5 star rating.

The menus are easy to deal with after a quick read of the manual, which appears to have been written by a native-English writer (very clear and concise.)The TENS functionality is very good, as should be expected from this technology in the 21st Century. Daily operating is easy, internal battery life seems excellent.My only suggestions would be to provide ability to dim the display's backlight so that it isn't at full strength in a dark room at night (yikes!) and perhaps a running battery status indicator so the user has a sense of how much charge remains (that said, the device DOES alert that the battery will need charging soon.)Overall, the good design, performance and build quality made this a good purchase.SIX MONTH UPDATE: I remain pleased with this unit. It's used for an hour per day in TENS mode at Intensity level 8 every two to three days, mostly to treat moderate sciatica. At this time, the battery needs a charging roughy once a month.If I misplaced this unit, there's no doubt that I would immediately order another. It has proven itself very well.

I had gone to a chiropractor years ago for a frozen shoulder. They used this machine, at the time i had no idea what it was but I got weekly treatment and my shoulder turned out great. When I fractured my Tibia in 2020, i later went for physical therapy and they used the same machine and i asked what it was., they said a TENS machine.I asked if i could do this at home if i purchased a machine. Well the answer was YES and I did purchase this one in Apr 2021 and i Swear By It. My muscle was so sore from non use that exercise alone did not help.I used this TENS Machine for a year every other day or so and I feel GREAT... My muscle still gets sore once in a while and when it does, out comes this machine for a couple of days and WA LA,,, better again.I would recommend this completely. It Helped Me So MUCH...Extra pads are easy to get also ..However, I would recommend maybe the wireless one just for the ease of use.The wires sometimes feel like a nuisance.

I have owned other less expensive TENS units and they have a harsh or scratchy feeling to them. If you have not tried them it might not make sense. The bottom line is that this unit feels so much better. The feeling is much more subtle and tingly but achieves the same pain relief. Also, the larger pads are amazing. When I am in pain, I don't want to mess with locating little pads, I just want to slap on one pad and get after it. The price may be a little more than some others, but as they say...everything costs something, and this is worth every cent! This is NOT a sponsored review, just a very happy customer.
