I HAVE BEEN DYING MY HAIR FOR DECADES... I am now 76... yes... quite a huge age but my spirit is still young! Over the earlier years... and until a couple of years ago...I had been using Clairol SOY4PlEX that needed to be blended with a separate developer that I needed to measure. I used the Clairol product because that was what all the "professional" hair colorist in a hair salon would use back in the olden days. For whatever reason... this past year plus...I decided to try something new. I have fine & thin hair and was a bit afraid to try a new product. I ordered the "L'oreal Paris Excellence Creme 6A". It was so much easier to mix! But... the big reason that I am writing this review is because of the superior quality of this product. The application is easier... but the result of using this product was SO much better! My hair after application is so soft and smooth! The color is superior too! This L'oreal product has not faded like the Clairol product would over time. It is a huge improvement! L'oreal also includes a great conditioner and gloves and an easy step by step instruction page. A+++

Very natural dark blonde with the 6N color. Product is easy on my gray hair . Great coverage. Looks like natural sun kissed hair.

It wasn't what I expected. It turned way too red and then I had an allergic reaction. I don't know if it had anything to do with the date on the box or what. It didn't seem like it was old to me, but I won't be using that brand again. Obviously I have an allergy to it and the color just didn't turn out the way it should have. But all in all I mean I still think that these are good products. It's just some of us are allergic to them and some of them don't work,

Compré el L'Oreal Excellence tono 5.3 Castaño Claro Dorado porque quería cubrir mis canas en casa sin ir al salón. Lo que más me gustó es que no arde y cubre 100% las canas, incluso las más rebeldes. El color quedó muy natural y brillante, no anaranjado. Trae su tratamiento post-color que deja el cabello suave. Lo recomiendo si buscas un castaño dorado que ilumine la cara. Lo volveré a comprar.

This worked well. It made my hair more ash color without damage. My hair was too dark and the salons never could get my hair right. I went to two expensive salons in NYC and they messed it up. This got the final color right!

I ordered 4 boxes & they came late, i was disheartened, however when they came i was very surprised, it covered my copper hair dye and looks and feels great, no runs or mess in the bathroom and i only needed to use 2 boxes this time so coverage is great, i hated the smell while applying, but it soon go's when you wash and the shampoo an conditioner is very refreshing, my hair is glossy and healthy, my new go to hair dye for sure.
