This is the BEST tasting gluten free ramen!! Its SOOO similar to Top a ramen, without as much sodium. I’m considering getting it on subscribe & save for every 2 weeks its so good. & its somehow vegan?!? Don’t let the stevia extract in the ingredients deter you either, i HATE sugar free things, i can always taste stevia or monk fruit, & in this I can fully say I can’t taste the stevia at all, & i bet it helps prevent the sugar / salt crash from “normal” ramen. I wish I could give this company a kiss, they did so well. The noodles are that same ramen curly texture too!! Easy to microwave. I’m so happy. Well worth the price.

I have been buying just the noodles from this company for Asian dishes and usually season it with Samabila Korean Ramen Vegan & GF "Chicken" seasoning if I want just noodles or a soup. I must have somehow missed that they carried a single pack of ramen soup all this time! Needless to say, I jumped right on it. My order came yesterday when I was feeling under the weather and just wanted some soup. I did not have the energy to cook something complex, so I grabbed one of these ramen packs, a 6 oz package of fresh shitake mushrooms I had in the fridge and some leftover tofu and made some soup. I prepared as directed, drained and added the 2/3 cup water, the dry seasoning pack, some extra veggie broth (since I wanted extra broth) and cooked the shitake in the boiling liquid. I removed and added the cooked noodles and some reheated tofu. It hit the spot! I ended up loving it so much, I had it again today! When I am feeling better, I would definitely dress this up with some fresh scallions, carrot, some extra seasoning and a sprinkle of San-J Sweet Tamari splash. Now, anyone expecting this to taste like wheat Ramen is unrealistic! They are made of brown and white rice so of course, they are going to taste like rice noodles! That being said, they are as authentic as possible in my opinion. I am also vegan, so I appreciate that this is a vegan product as well. As I already used 2 packs in 2 days, I will be ordering more soon. I see this becoming a weekly staple for me! I highly recommend this for a quick and delicious soup that lends itself to several add-ins for variety!

I grew up eating too ramen it’s a comfort food and this one actually tastes like I remember it did before I went gluten free over twenty years ago. I could cry I was so happy to have my comfort food again!

I very carefully review the ingredients before I purchase a product due to allergies. I had reviewed this product and did see that it had sugar. I don't feel that's necessary in ramen, but I decided to try it because we really wanted something close to that super cheap ramen I bought when I was on my own for the first time. Imagine my surprise when I pulled out the product to try, checked the ingredient list one last time and saw that this has stevia. I hate stevia. I find it to have a bitter aftertaste, it's way oversweet, and just generally tastes bad. I guess these will be donated to the food pantry. Ramen does not need sweetness.

Overall, 4/5. Slightly different smell, slightly different texture, and slightly different taste. It’s close to regular top ramen but you can taste a difference. It’s good overall and great if you need a gluten free option! It comes with noodles, a packet of seasoning, and a packet of oil. I boiled the noodles longer than what the directions stated about 10 minutes to boil, drained the water per directions then added hot water with the oil and seasonings to the noodles.

I have not had top ramen in about 4 years and it’s the one thing I miss. But this is the best gluten free ramen. It is a bit up there in price, but it is worth every penny.

I read the reviews and was still nervous....but this was fantastic! For sure incredibly similar to the Maruchan brand of Ramen! The best GF Ramen i've had for sure! 6 packs - that's around $3.85 a pack and I really don't think that's a high price at all for finally having that same texture and flavor profile as the real thing! When you open the package - don't be fooled by the look of the noodles before they come to life. Ha.

I find the flavor packet in these a little weird. The smell is kind of like a bone broth. The taste is okay, but don't expect it to be the exact same as the non-GF Ramen out there.
