Inconsistent product.
Bought this chair as it had a lot of features but upon receiving there were a few things that were missing like tha arm rest was fixed rather than adjustable and there was no tilt control mechanism. The build quality looked fine but as the arm rest was fixed I exhanged for another one and the new one had the same issue so had to return it altogether.
