Fall planting is best
Moved in late May 2025 to southern Oregon . Did the seeds and in July it got hot and the seedlings all burned away but then suddenly in February I started noticing sprouts and there are seedlings popping up everywhere. I absolutely love it love love love it.. probably best to plant them in the autumn and let them germinate over winter

A beautiful mix of wildflowers!
I always had a dream of having a yard full of wildflowers and this product delivered! It took me 30 seconds to plant the seeds you open the package and shake that’s all there is to it anyone can do it. The flowers starting popping up within the first week. I was blown away with how quickly they came and how little effort was required. The plants are extremely hearty and need very little maintenance. It’s a nice mix of large flowers and smaller ground blooming flowers. Over all i am extremely satisifed, it made my dreams come true!

Complete and Utter Disappointment - Do Not Waste Your Money!
One half of my wildflower garden was seeded with a random mix of about 12 seed packets i picked up at my local hardware store, emptied into a bowl, mixed up, and scattered. The other half was the ENTIRE '120,000+' bag of Perennial Wildflower seeds. Lightly covered and watered in, we waited ... and waited ... and waited ... one half of my bed is filled with cosmos, sunflowers, and Black-eyed Susans. The other is a barren wasteland of Lambs Quarter and dirt, with three or four sad little flowers that look like Sweet Alyssum (which weren't even in the species list, so very possibly could have come from my hardware store mix) clinging for dear life around the edges of the bed. I won't make you guess which was which ... I don't think a single seed from this mix germinated. I was hedging my bets using the entire packet instead of half as I'd originally planned, so really this is twice the disappointment. I've never experience such an utterly failed product as this one in what amounts to probably thousands of orders over two-and-a-half decades of Amazon shopping.

Beautiful results in afternoon-sun beds!
I live in central Florida (Sanford, just north of Orlando). Tried these in a few different beds from full shade to full sun. They grew but didn't bloom much in the full shade bed, and I cooked 'em in the all day sun bed. They seem to be happiest in the beds that get full sun most of the afternoon, but are shaded in the morning. In those beds, till the soil, sprinkle, rake the seeds in lightly, water, and stand back! Coreopsis bloomed first, followed by other species. Now early August and the beds are beautiful! (Note: The photos include a few rogue vincas mixed in which grew from seed dropped by last year's crop - vincas are not in the wildflower mix.)

Nothing grew, at all!
My husband planted these seeds Mother’s Day and it’s now July. Nothing has grown. Their website has a guaranteed to grow promise and said that unfortunately sometimes that does happen, thankfully not too often. I found out how to reach the company outside of Amazon and they were quick to respond to my email. They requested the Amazon order number and within a couple days I heard back from them that they were going to issue a full refund. Their response time to my email was really quick, they were very professional and extremely polite and issued a refund quickly. I will definitely order from them again. So with their customer service etiquette and response along with the refund, I have changed my review because I will definitely order from them again!

I had better luck with these last year.
I bought these last year and they sprouted beautiful blooms, but only in the most ideal conditions. I had put them in a planter box of potting soil and I got many blooms. The flowers were very pretty and a good variety so I thought I’d give them a go again this year... but I am just not having the same luck. Maybe it’s because I’m not planting them in a container? I scattered a few inches of potting soil over the area where they were to be planted, generously applied some seed, raked them in lightly, and watered them daily but the summer heat (in the CA Bay Area, in May?) got to them first. I didn’t use the whole package my first go-around so I tried again, but the increasingly warmer temps are stacked against me. If you decide purchase and try for yourself—You will likely not get away with watering these only once per day. I work full time and don’t have an automatic sprinkler system, so I struggle to keep them wet enough. If you can’t water 2-3 times a day, the sprouts will appear but quickly shrivel to nothing in the heat. In my yard, all that are popping up this year are the residual seeds that have dropped from last year’s batch, which sprouted well before I even bought this bag. I have maybe 4 flowers in total. I am disappointed with my results this time. Being that their wild flowers, I would think they could grow in the ground, especially with potting soil amendments added. I still have a half of a bag to use, so I may try them in a more shaded area of my yard, and I will update if I get better results there. Remember that gardening is a process of trial and error—these seeds will grow, but you have to be available to care for them properly to achieve the promised results.

12/5 all day. Amazing brand.
I don’t understand how this product doesn’t have all 5 stars. I put these down in the middle of the florida summer. No shade. No mercy. Everything is growing at beautiful rates. Shade. Sun. Water. No water. It doesn’t matter. Some I just kinda threw around. Some I put soil on. Everything grew regardless. Healthy. Happy. Stupidly easy to use. I do wish the prices were better but with germination rate this high it’s hard to complain. 12/5 product i seriously recommend.

Great product/original order "lost"
Product is great - Amazon dropped the ball in the delivery, so.. it missed planting season.. Moral of the story - ORDER TIME-SENSITIVE MERCH WELL ENOUGH AHEAD OF YOUR GROWING SEASON.
