Very soft. The wide straps around the cuffs make them very comfortable. Comfort is a major necessity when using such things. It is good to enjoy this time comfortably. I will definitely recommend this to anyone.

It's not made well and the back straps kept coming loose making it very difficult to use. It may work if your partner is <100lbs, maybe.

This swing was very fun and added a whole new dimension to the bedroom. We are both very happy. It is sturdy and distributes weight well so that you can hold your partner with ease.

Didn't come with instructions but you can see the different ways to use it by looking at the pictures. Is very durable and sturdy.

Honestly, in it’s current state, look for something else. This swing could work with design updates. The major design flaws: 1) The straps that go over the shoulders of the standing partner are ridiculously made. There really needs to be a ring or something to hold the straps together in the middle of the shoulder blades. The only ring on the back is at the base of the neck, makes the sitting partner sit too low. Essentially top heavy instead of equally distributing the sitting partners weight across the chest of the standing partner. 2) The front ring doesn’t sit in the middle of the chest or connect the side straps to the center ring, but rather towards the bottom of the chest (xiphoid process) and the side straps are sewn in below the handles. 3) The double ring that’s supposed to help tighten the side straps outright refuses to stay in the spot we put it and slides out with any amount of weight. These are all things I can fix but I would have preferred to buy it in proper working order rather than have to do my own adjustments.
