Good book and I liked the use of real situations to further understand the techniques necessary for effective negotiations.

Its a book and I needed it for class. Sure it may have been a good book had I picked it up on my own but the fact that it was a required book, its a textbook, how good can it actually be?

This book is wonderful. This was required reading for my negotiation class and I am glad it was. The information is clear and written to be implemented immediately. Everyone should read this book to better identify opportunities to negotiate and build better skills in negotiation.

There are many books on the market regarding negotiating. If you have read one then you have read them all. This book is from a woman's perspective.

Great information

This book will have you viewing the world much differently. Apply the techniques suggested in this book, and see how differently you view an encounter.

If I had to read one book on negotiation, it would be this one.

For some reason when I downloaded this book for my class, the text is all jumbled together/apart/misspelled, etc. like it was scanned and not proofread.
