I bought this because I used it in a Pilates class I took and this really is the best mat. You don't slip while using it and it's not thin like those other no slip mats. I have bought two different mats before that were not as good so I decided to spend the extra money on this mat. Save your money and don't buy other mats. Just buy this one.
