Don't even think of buying this book
POS. I would of been really pissed, if I would spend more than 20 € (there is 70 € and 104 € options in Amazon, too) for this 152 pages long cataloque of endless check lists. E.g. if Six Sigma is mentioned once of twice in the whole book, it does not make a book Six Sigma oriented that much, that you should advertise it in cover page.Frankly: this book feels like a scam.-> servicemanagers.org will be in my watch list. And not for good.
