It may help a little with that, but Vitabeard mostly makes the hair you already have stronger and grow faster. Some new hairs will come in but not a huge amount. Even better would be to use Minoxidil and Vitabeard at the same time. Over a few months a combination of the two will take care of bald spots in beard.

Honestly if your a woman who can grow a beard props. Genetics helps more then this vitamin, this vitamin is just so your beard grows faster, thicker, and softer. Would be crazy to kiss a woman with a beard. Hmmmm....

how long until i see the results?

You need testosterone (the natural gift of man) to grow hair in certain areas. That being siad you will have to wait as long as anyone using the oil or not it only keeps the hair nourished it does not grow it. Besides what gullible people say and companies. You have to wait at least a year without shaving to get your full potential beard shaving just lengthens the process. :)
