Beads Resin Molds with Hole for Gemstone Cabochon Jewelry Casting 14-Count

I make custom resin ear plugs and am moving into standard hanging earrings as well and was looking for some assorted bead molds for use with epoxy resin. Received these and all the molds were safely packed to retain their proper shape and the beads they produce are nice and shiny and perfectly shaped! I am not a fan of the faceted and square molds but love the Oval, Sphere and Rondelle shapes and I'm sure my customers will as well! Can be a bit difficult to get any bubbles out from the neck of the mold but the beads are easy enough to remove from the mold with a bit of pushing from the bottom and they seem like they will last a good number of pours. Overall great molds and a great value for the set even if you only use half of them like me!

It's great that you get several molds for the price, and most have multiples but there are a couple that are single molds. The part in the middle that creates the hole is bent on most of them so the hole is crooked in some of my beads. You can pour into some molds, but probably better to have droppers for most. Overall, I'll still use them for using up the extra resin from projects.

I love this for making your own designed beads. You can use the bigger ones as drawer handles also. Easy to get out of the mold. Great variety of sizes mold is thick enough to be durable

I wanted to make one of those sun catchers with chicken wire so I purchased this set of molds and they are perfect for this project.

The larger beads are fantastic and easy to mold and demold but the smaller beads, not so much. They are beautiful once you can manage to fill the cavity with resin and but then trying to demold was difficult. I welcome suggestions.

I notice 2 beads offset/wonky right of the bat. I saw more when i used the mold. Be ready to not be able to use all the cavities if you purchase. I'm still keeping because this was a great variety pack i was looking for and im just skipping the messed up ones.

I loved this set so much that I bought two of them. I use it with resin. The set allows you to make a total of 74 beads with center holes. There are six bead shapes and there is a large and small version of each shape. Being able to make my own beads with custom colours and inlays without worrying about spoiling the bead with a crookedly drilled hole is wonderful. The molds with the smallest openings are the most challenging for me to fill and pop the beads out of but I expect that with practice (and a pipette) I will improve.

These molds make a good variety of beads in different shapes. Imagination is all that's required to make any kind if bead. I'm like a kid living her best life being creative!
