The smell is absolutely horrid and definitely not great for people affected by strong smells or asthma — I am both of these and struggled to get through my shower and needed to use my inhaler afterwards.HOWEVER. THIS NASTY STUFF WORKS! I powered through my shower and was actually so impressed when I dried off and checked my scalp. The Psoriasis flakes and redness were totally subdued and any flakes that remained were just sloughing off in my hair — the most troublesome spots were completely clear and the major redness I had was a dull red, almost pink. I’m so relieved.After reading about usage online it does say it’s better used specifically targeting the scalp and trying to minimize how much gets in your actual hair which is definitely easier said than done if you have longer hair. I used Native conditioner afterwards which smells great and unfortunately that didn’t help the smell at all. So while I’m definitely walking around with an invisible gas cloud, it’s a step in the right direction.
