I bought these to replace an insole which was too thick. I wear shoes that mimic barefoot feeling. The insoles that came with my shoes was too thick and the shoes a little tight but I could feel the stitching on the soles without insoles. These are a perfect replacement

Very thin and stiff enough to not scrunch up when removing slip-ons. No latex. Promptly ordered another pair.

Got these to use in barefoot shoes as wanted something thin and had heard good things about cork insoles. these are ridiculously flimsy, and will not stay in the shoe when you take them off. the terry cloth top is bobbly and uncomfortable underfoot. the cork is super thin. They are already looking shabby after ten minutes use look as though they wont last more than a day or so. You need to cut to size so can't be returned. a total waste of money don't bother.

I bought these to take up a little bit a sizing slack in a pair of boots, but I didn't get on with these insoles at all. I threw them away after just a few wears as they kept pulling up out of the boots and folding over themselves.

Very thin, falling apart after a few weeks & definitely not suitable for washing

Perfect for my new trainers which were just 0.5 size too big, without disrupting the feel of the shoe. I was searching specifically for a thin zero-drop insole, as I have recently wanted to try more barefoot-style shoes. This insole was perfect for that purpose, and also served as no support, which is exactly the point in barefoot shoes, but is not the point of more 'conventional' shoes. I would caution anyone looking for more support from their insoles, but for a barefoot or thin desired insole, this does the job perfectly. I measured up by taking out my trainer's existing barefoot sole, and tracing around the outside onto the new insole with a pencil. I cut out the size with a hobby knife with extra room around the outside so I could adjust if needed - I am glad I left the excess wiggle room. I continued to cut off thin slivers of the insole until they fit my trainers perfectly. A word of warning, if you want to use these insoles in wide toebox shoes, as I did, I doubt the width will be sufficient enough for anything larger than a UK 4.5. My trainers are a UK 4.5 and the width required in the toebox area was barely the right size for these insoles. Any larger shoe would have been too wide to fit this insole edge to edge. Overall, really pleased with the purchase for my specific needs.

Very cheap insoles - you get what you pay for!

In general, cork insoles are great for breathability, moisture and odour control BUT this is so thin it doesn't provide any additional cushioning. It is fiddly to put into your shoe and comes out of the shoe with your feet every time you take your shoe off which is irritating.
