I bought these shoes because my feet have swollen somewhat as I got older, and whereas I used to be a 9, I'm more like a 10 now. The neoprene booties I have are now too small. Plus, I didn't like the way they retained water so that, when I got out of the pool, I either sloshed home in water or had to empty them. Great for oceans, but not so much for swimming pools! hese shoes drain almost invisibly through very small holes. There was no sizing issue with these either. I got exactly the size I ordered, 10.5, which means they are a little big for my feet. But with the pull tie method of tightening the laces, the shoes actually fit very well. I also have peripheral neuropathy, which means it is very hard to get footwear that is comfortable. Usually everything feels like I have pebbles in my shoes. But these are actually quite comfortable, even for me. I assume that, for the average person, comfort would not be an issue. I have no qualms of recommending these shoes.

I am in between 6.5 and 7, usually opt for 7 (women). After reading the reviews I thought I'd size up instead of down but I really wish I'd sized down and gone for the 6 or 6.5. The 7 is REALLY roomy. I leave for my trip in 3 days so I will not have enough time to return and exchange for the smaller size. Thankfully the elastics on the top of the shoe let me tighten them enough that they are comfortable to walk in. I don't expect to run in these, only walk in water with jagged rocks so these will do. The quality seems really nice.

My husband has a really high arch so shoes that are supposed to be slip on are sometimes tight. We had ordered other water shoes that were just too difficult for him to get on (the pictures and descriptions don't mention whether or not there is an actual tongue to the shoes). These shoes, however, have an actual tongue like a pair of real lace-up shoes, so it was much easier for him to get on. They fit great and are snug on his feet and look really stylish. He is a size 9 and these fit perfectly. They are well made and comfortable for walking distances (ship to shore, etc.). No complaints.

I followed suggestions and sized down, which gave a a perfect fit. I’ve used these at the pool and at the lake and I loved them! They really worked great and held up so well!! We were at a very rocky bottomed lake and my feet were never hurt at all. You’re able to tighten them to foot to the desired snugness which is so nice as many water shoes feel like they’re cutting into your skin at the ankle, but these are perfectly comfortable. I was so pleased with this purchase!

I bought these for my husband who has problems with his feet. He typically needs to wear inserts in his shoes, however, with these shoes he can walk out on our pool deck and swim in the pool without any issues. They are easy for him to take on and off. He tells me they are so comfortable he would love to wear them all the time! This is a great water shoe that fits as expected. Highly recommended!

These shoes are great. I actually wear them most of the time now over tennis shoes. They have great traction, work great in the water and dry pretty quick. Only small complaint is that I wish they had half sizes because I am perfectly in between. However, the laces make it easy to tighten them up if you are trekking over tougher terrain. Most of the time I just leave them loose and they still hold my foot in quite nicely. Will definitely buy another pair if these to happen to wear out.

These water shoes show promise once you get them; fit snug & quite comfortable - I'm a size 10 men's, ordered 9.5 and fit pretty well. We did a weekend river trip, did some average river walking & over rocks, etc (no hiking and nothing too intense) and as you can see, by end of the day on Sunday, had some tears on the mesh part where your big toe is. For the price, the soles held up as expected, BUT I did not expect for the upper part to start falling apart on me so fast. Would I buy again? Probably not, and rather spend a little $$ for something much more durable.
