I clicked on the power button and no mist. I returned it and bought another one because I really liked the design and the strong steady release of mist. unfortunately the lifetime from box to open was short-lived - not even a day. I don't know if I should bet on another one since I just like the design so much, but it is such a waste of time if I keep getting the defective ones..maybe one more and if it doest work I will buy another product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for smaller spaces *by J***K on November 5, 2018* I purchased this for my guest bathroom that is close to my entryway. I wanted something that could be used as a night light and also keep the room fresh. This provide was just the right amount of light for a nightlight and I was able to easily put in some essential oils to keep the room fresh. My son loved the product so much that he moved the humidifier into his bedroom...he didn't even complain that it is pink! ### ⭐ Poorly made and questionable product, do not buy *by O***A on March 27, 2019* I thought people were exaggerating when they said it stopped working or broke, I thought they weren’t careful with it, were getting it wet on the internal parts. No. This thing has been treated more gently than I treat my phone or other electronics. I only used distilled water. I followed the instructions. When I went to bring it with me on a trip, I aired it out to dry for days. Firstly, this thing is for small spaces but it makes no difference in humidity levels in my very small dorm room. Secondly, after it being dry and aired out for days, I put it in its box to transport, and when I opened it, it was damp and soggy, meaning a ton of moisture stayed in the filter, which is horrible breeding grounds for bacteria and mold. Not exactly what you’re trying to achieve if you’re using a humidifier for health benefits. I tried to live with that and changed the filter, but it stopped producing mist last night. Thought it was a premature automatic stop due to low water. Now I filled it, and clicked the power button repeatedly and no mist is being produced. Held the button, and the night light comes on. No mist. Tried removing and replacing the components, switching the water, and then it literally crumbled in my hand. It is falling apart, the cheap plastic is cracked and it is completely useless. Do not buy this product, it isn’t made well and doesn’t really work. Worked decently as a diffuser when used as instructed, till it didn’t. Lasted maybe 20 uses.... may have had me inhaling bacteria all the while.
