Excellent pasta and a defiant must have in the pantry.
Excellent product and a great departure from the usual pastas that we buy in stores. It is made with eggs that give it a wonderful consistence and taste. I use it with truffles for a mellow but full-of-taste dish. Bought it several times and will defiantly buy it again. Highly recommend this product.

Pasta with Eggs
The flavor was uniquely flavorful. I have served them with flavored Olive Oils such as Tuscan Herb and sprinkled Parmesan on. Yummy! Also used them in Spaghetti. Everyone raved! I realize they are a product of Italy so cost more.

Excellent Egg-Based Italian Pasta
Egg pasta, even when cooked from dry form, has a silkier texture than water-only pasta, and that makes it best for sauces that don't overwhelm the pasta. I use this tagiolini in a white truffle pasta recipe for a rich main course. If you are going to make cacio e pepe or similar dish -- or just want to toss it with olive oil or butter -- then this is your pasta. Of course, it also tastes great with tomato and heavy sauces, but the egg-based noodles don't shine in those kinds of recipes. Despite some reviews, this pasta is NOT gluten-free. It is made from semolina flour from the durum wheat grain -- yes, wheat. Semolina is the traditional flour used in real Italian pasta. -- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

Excellent gf Pasta!
As those of you who MUST eat GLUTEN FREE you know that prices are much higher. Although this is a high price, the texture of the item a d taste gave me a reason to reorder! I love the shape( difficult to find GF) and the pasta stands up! Not falling apart! Good choice great options considering gf. Well done. I wish it was available in one pound pkg!

Best pasta I've ever had and I used to live in Italy
Wow. I'm blown away. Used it for a shrimp scampi dish. Also a Carbonara. I purchased the two pack of 8.8 oz. For the way we eat, each of the 8.8 oz would be enough for three people. So for the two pack, you would get 6 servings. We used an entire package the first time (for two), and my husband had left over pasta for lunch.
