Chair screws were coming out | the headrest screw broke
The headrest screw holder broke while installing it because of its poor plastic and now headrest falls down again and again. It is just a okaish chair, overpriced for sure. Will see how it goes in long run, but as of now I don't like it much. Will update the review after more usage. Not so ergonomic, because my back still pains. One screw never tighten, no matter how much you try, it falls down again and again.

Lower back support is not as good as I expected!! Plus the wheel base is not so strong!!

Chair was delivered on time and was easy to assemble. But, it had some scratches which really makes it look ugly. Unfortunately, I noticed it after the assembly and did not feel like dismantling and returning.

Chair was not assembled and buyer has to do it
The chair is good but we have to assemble it ourselves.The instructions for assembling is also not clear. would not recommend this chair.

Quality of seating piece buttocks area low quality.
Quality of seating piece buttocks area very low, the ply wood hurt on the front, the foam didnot cover the ply wood base on seat, please help to replace seat piece only.

After 1 months the hendle colour went out, over all I am not satisfied with this product , According to the cost this chair is not up to the mark.Support team ware very helpful, They provide me the technician instentely when I was struggling to assemble.
