Definitely does its job. I lost a good amount of weight. My advice; Take them first thing in the morning with a cup of hot water or tea. Hot water kickstarts your metabolism even more so it’s a double whammy. Diet does play a factor though.

I took this amost a year ago and in a matter of 3 months I dropped from 265 to 213. It wasn't just the CLA though. Combine it with Garcinia Cambogia also by body dynamix. I just bought this again because I took chantix to stop smoking and long story short, I gained more weight than I was ok with. I bought this and took it on a wednesday at 180lbs. I weighed myself on sunday and I weigh 175 again. This really works... Thats why I decided to dish out the money for it again because its a little expensive getting this and the garcinia cambogia but its worth every penny

I used this product in the past when I tried to loose weight, it worked then and that's why I decided to get it again now. It's really a good product and I really recommend it, not set your expectations like if you are take it you will loose immediately a huge weight, all depends of your dedication, your food and exercise.

Amazon asked me to resubmit my review. So instead of detailed review, I will cut it short. I used CLA sin June last year. Specifically GNC CLA for 6 months +. There are no changes in weight, metabolism, energy level. In fact I gained more at some point. USed as directed. Medium sport activities. CLA should promote use of fat into energy during activities and in my case that definitely didn't happen. Overrated placebo that doesn't harm you, but nor provide any miracles. If you need something extra - spend this money on BCAA, proteins, L-Carnitine. You will see much more results from them. I am putting one star because of no effect at all. Not during the prolong use, nor after I stopped. It doesn't even reduce your appetite or "block calories". I measure my weight every day, as well as lean muscle mass and fat levels.
