Just get it
One of the most common size torx when working on BMW's besides the t20. I lost mine and didnt want to spend a small fortune to replace it with snap-on again. For the price, it's pretty durable. If i lose one..I have 4 more. It's just convenient..especially for how much they cost.

Great quality true to size

These sockets are surprisingly high quality
I work on VW's and Audi's and I've found that these t30s are roughly the same quality as Snap-On t30s. These cheap t30s hold on to ratchets, drivers and extensions very securely and I've used them with small impact guns and they hold up to the abuse very well. They likely aren't meant for impact use, but if you're a good mechanic, you break the rules on a daily basis. They also have a ridged wall so you can drive a screw with the socket using your fingers, and even if you're covered in oil or coolant, you can grip the socket without issue. However, since I lose ¼" t30s like 10mm's, I don't feel like buying a $30 socket every couple months. Figured I'd try some cheapos off Amazon and here I am, leaving my first ever review. These sockets have fantastic quality at a fantastic price. I'm sure I'll be buying this again in the future.
