I am 5'10 205lbs 38DD and ordered the 1x/2x....I felt like it was a little short (I'm mostly torso though) so I opted for the pink in 3x/4x which obviously I can't speak on since UPS delivered it who knows where. The lace does stretch a little. All in all, it's worth the money I paid and I'd re-order in other colors.*UPDATE*The pink 3x/4x was too big on the lower half (waist down) of my body. It may work for someone with larger hip/butt/upper thigh area.
