Amazing knife even after using for 2 years its as good as new. No sharpening required. You will never need to buy a knife again. Be careful during initial days, as you might accidentally cut yourself, as you might need some getting used to it, as its sooo sharp.

Anything by Victorinox is great. Seems to stay sharp forever. I’ve just purchased bread knife and Santoku knife by Victorinox. Both are lightweight and easy to grip. I had no difficulty cutting nice level slices of the bread with the bread knife with minimum effort. The santoku was perfect on the lettuce. Would recommend to anyone who has arthritis in fingers or hands and has difficulty gripping things.

I had bought these knifes previously in a shop and had been looking for them for some time. They are the sharpest knifes ever -something I really value, even though I have been close to chop off a finger in more than one occasion-. Very versatile and easy to manage, they resist all dishwasher cycles. I have had them for years now and they are as sharp as the first day and look as new.

Just the best paring knife. It cuts through anything. I’ve tried others and they just don’t compare. I don’t know what I’d do without it, especially since I have arthritic hands. This knife makes things easy.
