Excellent stuff. I keep this on hand when I think I’m coming down with something and always bring on vacation. Who wants to get sick when on vacation ? When I’m starting to feel a little bad ; I take 2 capsules the first day , then one for a few days until I’m good. This stuff is the best. Was recommended to me by my naturopath doc
