Really Works!!
Today is my 6th day using this. It definitely gives you energy and curbs the appetite. I also started exercising every day for 30 mins and started eating a gluten free diet. As of today, I've lost 5 lbs. I have noticed that when I take it before my workout at night I have some trouble falling asleep still up at 2:00 am. I do love the energyit gives me especially after work an hour long commute and making dinner for family and putting kids to bed. I really needed that boost to workout. (I would like to say I've exercised in the past and done diets with zero weight loss. So for the skeptics that say the diet and exercise did it. My response is Yes but this product helped build my energy to push harder)

Good product
Works well but eventually your body gets used to it say after 2 to 3 weeks and your hunger isn't controlled as well . I use it on and off and it works well that way
