A great book for us witches to learn and create self love and self care daily. Beautifully written. Spells, incantations and tasks.

Bought this for me and found it so good that I bought it for a friend. It’s packed with cute tips and suggestions to help look after yourself better. It’s a very sweet book and I’ve really enjoyed reading it.

The item arrived on time and was well packaged....nice present for my grand-daughter who is a white witch. Lots of great tips for a better way of life.....both physically and mentally....would recommend buying it.

I am an atheist witch, and to be honest it makes no difference if you are even a witch or not with this book. Spells are great visualization meditations and the other recipes are great. Pros - Accessible to all religious and non-religious alike - Excellent basic knowledge about mindfulness - Excellent collection of techniques and exercises to aid your own mental health. - Great looking book and well written. - Recipes and Spells are clear and easy to follow, they do not take up too much time either. Cons - Spell and bath components will add up. Arin does give a warning but honestly its more expensive than she makes out. If you have good disposable income its fine but if not, its very difficult as there are not a lot of alternatives given. - Food recipes are sparse and basic, I wish she had made this into a separate book entirely and focused on food related spells and meditations. - You still need to use other mindfulness resources to correctly use the book (such as auditory guided meditations) - You need to learn the basics of meditation and mindfulness that are not really included in the book.

It’s a really useful little book, a good read.

Overall, I love this book. It is so beautifully designed and well-written, even for a beginner like me. It covers so many different topics like meditations, spells, altars, etc. all while relating back to self-care. I find the tips in here very useful and versatile. Before I bought this book, I saw some people complaining that it came damaged so I knew what to expect. Luckily there is only one small cut in the back of the binding as you can see in the 2nd pic. This is not an issue to me and does not deserve a bad review for this reason. The box it came in was pretty thin and a bit bumped on the edges, so I am assuming the delivery drivers tossed it around too rough. It is no big deal to me, but it might be to others so I wanted to share.

I had high hopes due to the reviews but this book of filled with rituals , and not much of how exactly to self care or what things to incorporate or how to incorporate all it talks about is rituals and journaling . Very boring
