Very impressed with comfort level during planar fasciitis flare up!!
Must say I was very disappointed at first when I received back in Sep'17 but now I am incredibly surprised by the comfort and very satisfied. I specifically purchased to help with plantar fasciitis but when I tried back in Sept. I did not think they were comfortable enough compared to my regular inserts I use for my flat feet. However, I just had a flare up and thought I'd try them again and I'm blown away with the comfort. They provide the exact level of arch support needed to help with the planar fasciitis. They also provide great support for the ball of my feet and heel. With flat feet although I know I should wear arch support but my case is so severe that I cannot tolerate arch supports. I hope to be able to wear every day but not sure if I can tolerate long term but they provide the perfect support during this flare up. I couldn't put any weight on my foot and the Nazaroo inserts allows me to do so. Of course I'm using my knee scooter but I had to walk and stand a good amount when digging out my knee scooter and the inserts made it significantly more comfortable.Update 1/25/2018, it's been a month later and I'm still loving these inserts. In fact I purchased 2 additional pair last month and wear them every day. 1 pair for my dress shoes, 1 pair for my running shoes, 1 pair in my Clarke slippers big difference!! I will suggest avoiding moving from shoe to shoe as each shoe holds your foot in a different position and if you have callouses on bottom of feet like me, can make inserts uncomfortable over the long term.

Sent me two left feet.
I bought two pairs, which is good, because the first pair I opened were both left feet. It was very confusing. I opened the other ones and found a left and a right, and those fit perfectly into my size 11 shoes. And they feel great. But out of 2 pairs, one is completely useless. I'm not going to send them back, because I'm just too lazy. Almost as lazy as a company who can't be bothered to check if they're stuffing two identical things into a bag. If I buy another pair it will be from another company.UPDATE: They reached out and sent me a replacement pair. Didn't even make me ship back the other ones. Cool of them.

Don't waste your money unless you are using them in shoes that are too big for your feet.
Edit: Originally given 2 stars b/c I can't use them unless I also buy new shoes to put them in. However, their customer service reached out to me to offer a refund. They did ask me initially to delete my negative review, which I was unwilling to do. However, they still issued to refund, so I'm increasing to 3 stars for customer service. I don't generally care for sellers attempting to influence reviews, as this leaves other consumers at a loss. Since they issued the refund even after I told them no, I do feel they were at least trying to stand behind the product. They seemed supportive when I first started using them. I tried them in 2 different sneakers where the support had worn out. Since the sneakers were still in good condition, I figured I'd try to replace the inserts before buying new sneakers. I tried them in Columbia all-terrain sneakers and a pair of New Balance sneakers. The fit was very snug in the Columbias, and I couldn't wear them for more than an hour. The insole fit fine in the shoe, but seems to take up much more space than the original inserts. I then tried them in the New Balance running sneakers, which were 1/2 size bigger than the Columbias to accommodate foot swelling when running. The initial feel was great, but after 2hrs of wearing, my toes started to go numb. I suppose if you are buying these insoles to use in new shoes, you could purchase a larger size shoe to accommodate the insole. However, since I was trying to replace worn insoles, these did not work at all.

Good fit, good support, but the left arch is slightly lower
I have had flat feet for my entire life (and I mean very flat). I wouldn't usually have knee pain like some flat feet sufferers do, but over the weekend I had bought a new pair of (cheap) shoes with no support and jumped off a loading dock five times or so over the course of a day. The next day, I felt it in my shins (kinda like shin splints?) and wasn't sure why, so I figure it's probably the shoes and picked some of these up.I haven't noticed a night and day increase in comfort, but they're certainly better. Since my feet are so flat, they don't exactly 'fill' the shoes up, so they'd be a bit floppy even fully tightened. These helped in that regard, as well as with the arch support. My experience with them is very similar to when I bought SuperFeet except these are much lower price. I found the SuperFeet to be slightly more aggressive with the arch. The shoes are size 12, and I got these in size 12 and had to trim them (maybe half a centimeter) in order to get them to go inside the shoes. My only complaint is that the left arch seems to be lower than the right one. It isn't my feet, because I didn't notice this imbalance with the 3 pairs of superfeet I've had before.

comfortable orthotics for the price
these orthotics are surprisingly comfortable and fit as expected. I wear a ladies size 11 shoe [went up a shoe size after foot surgery a couple of years ago] so need extra support for my flat feet...they are not heavy and fit easily into my tennis shoes. I have specially-made [expensive] orthotics from the podiatrist, which are stiff and heavy and only use in certain shoes/boots, and I needed something more comfortable to wear when walking and playing tennis. So far I am pleased with the fit and comfort plus the price was right compared to some other orthotics I bought from an athletic shoe store. A drawback is that these do not fit well into a narrower toe shoe or boot, but that is not what I had intended to wear them in anyway.

great sturdy support
had to trim down a little.there is no give to these, will make you taller for sure, but support is great.for instance, they wouldn't work in vans or converse, you foot would slip out, but for athletic shoes they are great. They are so sturdy they make your boots a little tight, so if your boots are loose fitting they will be fine.
