Good product
Received a couple of tea bags of this from a friend. This reishi green tea is a little more astringent than regular green tea because of the reishi. As a big fan of the mega mushroom, after finishing my samplers, decided to get more. I’ve also got the reishi black tea, taste-wise the black tea is better. So far very happy with my purchase.

it tastes like a regular tea
I don’t know if it’s gonna do something in my body…my Doctor checked my blood and my results are the same… still have high blood pressure and I’m dieting too…so I think it’s a riff off… just buy a green tea at least it works for dieting…

Enjoyable
I love green tea and was alittle nervous it would taste different... surprisingly it didn't. I enjoy it as my morning cup or a pick me up in the afternoon.

Keeps me regular
Not sure that this is one of its intended features, but I swear that it keeps me regular. If I miss drinking a cup two days in a row, the second day will be tough. Drink one cup on the third day, and I'm back to normal. I'm going to assume that it's also helping me in other ways. I don't know; I should have my annual blood tests done to see.

'they" say it induces autophagy and it organic!
I read that green tea and reishi musrooms induces autophagy. If you do intermittent fasting or keto you can get a double dose of autophagy which may help you live longer and reduce inflammation in your body. I've been looking for this combo in a green tea. I'm not a big tea drinker but I want to get the benefits from it, this taste good to me, not bitter, I'm enjoying some right now!

Tea bag tears easily.
The tea is great, the packaging is poor. The package is to small to open without the tea bag tearing.
