Can you swim after using the product?

We had folks swimming after it was put in. However, I never got the product to work. Found it to be a failed and expensive mistake. Ended up dropping the water in the pool and refilling it to get the Cyanuric acid down.

Does this work with a uv sanitizer ?

This product doesn't work at all. This product is a waste of money. Leslie's Pool Supplies used to carry this product in their brick & mortar stores but ceased carrying it due to all the complaints they about this not working. The only way to reduce the cyanuric acid level in your pool is to change at least 25% up to 100% of the water in the pool.

Can this be used in a covered pool?

Yes, you can use it in a covered pool.

Does the water gets cloudy after application of the product?

Not in my experience. It also didn't lower my cyanuric acid levels sufficiently. I ended up pumping out some water and refilling.
