I am 145 lbs and 5’7 and was planning on getting a medium, but got a small after reading reviews. Small fits perfect and is super comfy. I was worried about the length but it’s plenty long. If you’re around my height or even a bit taller it shouldn’t be high-water. It’s stretchy so I’m thinking it’ll grow with me if I need it to, but it’s loose so I don’t know if it will even need to stretch much. Once I get big, I’ll make an update on if the small still fits. If not, I will be getting a medium because it’s literally perfect. Update: the only thing I didn’t notice was that the straps are not adjustable. If you wear a shirt that goes up to your neck, it looks weird because the straps are so long that it hangs too low.
