This is my first 144hz curved screen gaming monitor. The main reasons that I purchased it were price, thin bezel, ADJUSTABLE height, curved screen, AOC quality, and 144hz panel. Be aware this monitor's screen is a VA panel. I found this monitor to be challenging to set up in order to make the screen look similarly as bright and colorful as an ISP panel. I spent a lot of time working with the NVIDA control panel to get the screen to look acceptable but I wasn't thrilled with it. I was about to settle for my adjustments when I saw another Amazon reviewer mention changing the GAMMA setting in the AOC monitor's settings to 3 and the panel color from warm to NORMAL. These 2 changes made a noticeable difference in picture color and brightness. Now I'm satisfied with the picture and it makes my games look great. The monitor housing and base feel very sturdy look very nice with red accents. The monitor's 144hz refresh rate make games looks sharp. The effect of the curved screen is not nearly as noticeable or immersive as I had hoped. It sort of stays out of the way while gaming but maybe that's what it's supposed to do. Overall, for the price this is a very nice Freesync equipped VA panel monitor. If you want to save some $$$ over a similar quality IPS monitor this is your monitor just be prepared to spend some time setting it up to enjoy its best picture. Also, the monitor's adjustable height feature was an important selling point for me. I'm back to add a star to my review. After switching out my HDMI cable for a DP cable the picture and color are awesome. Also with the latest NVIDIA drivers I can use G-sync on this monitor. Win-win!

It arrived in a box that was a bit under the weather; nonetheless the monitor was not defective nor were there any dead pixels like most comments suggested. I've had this bad boy for about 2 months now and it still satisfies me, in fact I plan on getting another this year. 1 display port 2 HDMIs and an audio input port. The monitor has no built in speakers but who uses those anyways. I mainly play Modern Warfare and the frame rate is terrific on such a competitive game. Wonderful price for the specs. Only thing I dislike is the red lining surrounding the bottom of the screen however it can be covered up with the right materials.

Just put up yesterday as it was lost a while in USPS shipment and received yesterday. Love the swivel left to right, up and down for monitor and base also adjusts monitor high or low which was a nice surprise as we weren't sure it would fit under shelf at first. Found that feature accidentally. Only used a day, but loving so far. Only thing I would suggest is to not ship USPS as it's been having a lot of problems of lost packages and extremely late packages since pandemic began. Quality seems good and 144 htz perfect for gaming!

This monitor replaced a 24 inch Acer 1080p 60hz IPS panel. The color reproduction is almost there, but not quite, which is to be expected as IPS panels are well known to have the best color reproduction. The larger screen and much higher refresh rate were the selling points for me. This monitor shined in every picture quality test I have performed. The only major flaw, though far from a dealbreaker, is that the monitor is advertised as having a 1ms response time while using Overdrive. While this is technically true, using the Boost setting under Overdrive makes the brightness of the monitor plummet to around 70 nits. FAR too dim to actually utilize. This is a letdown because a 1ms response time compared to the normal 4ms response time without Overdrive Boost is definitely noticible to the trained eye. Like I said, not a dealbreaker, but I have to wonder who at AOC determined that this was a good idea to implement in this monitor. The monitor came with a single stuck/dead pixel in the bottom-middle of the screen, but it's not noticible AT ALL unless the screen is all black, and you're looking directly at it from a couple inches away from the screen, During regular use it's not noticible whatsoever. If I understand the AOC Dead Pixel Policy correctly, one dead/stuck pixel qualifies for an RMA, but as it's not noticible in 99% of circumstances I decided not to pursue it. AOC also offers a 3 year limited warranty, which is on par with the best warranties available for monitors. Amazon also offers 3 and 4 year full coverage warranties through Square Trade for only a few dollars (I think I paid like $4.58 for it) so if the monitor breaks in anyway apart from the user purposely abusing the monitor, it's covered anyway. Overall, this monitor was well worth the $260 I paid. To get a similar monitor from ASUS or Acer it costs $80-120 more. The price difference between 24 inches and 27 inches from the major manufacturers like ASUS and Acer is ridiculous.

This thing is beautiful! for one of the lower priced nice screens i wouldnt go with anything else. of all the 27 curved 144h screens this one had the best reviews and the best stand. I was split between this and the acer which is the same price but the acer doesnt have the nice stand. The stand is one of the best parts of the package and is real nice and can adjust to sit real high or flat down. My box came all messed up so i was worried about dead pixels but it was in 100% perfect condition. the packaging is great so the screen was protected. make sure to change the refresh rate to 144 in your display settings in windows 10. BUY THIS!

The stand provided is really good! The picture quality is not that good, as you can notice the pixels and icons are a little pixelated. For gaming it's good. Brightness is terrible, it's really low and you can't control it!! The stands are good quality but if you play games like me with the keyboard as in the pic, you will have to eventually get another stand cause it's very hard to put the keyboard without getting in contact with the stand.

Picture quality is pretty bad.. Also I had dead pixel and light bleeding problems.. Got replacement and it also had the same issue.. Then got a refund and called for an acer equivalent.. Very happy with that..

It's a great monitor I really like it I don't like bright colors and its a little dark to be honest and that's what I like about it I don't have any regrets buying it

Muy buen monitor de 144Hz con 1ms de respuesta. En materiales se siente de calidad, el soporte y la base se instalan sin problemas, ambos son estables ya montados, no tiemblan ni tampoco vibran. La pantalla es excelente en construcción, tiene una curvatura 1800R con un marco bastante fino te da una visualización bastante buena ya encendida y en conjunto con las franjas rojas que se encuentran por todo el monitor le dan ese toque "Gamer". Su resolución es 1080p a 27", la densidad de píxeles no es igual vs 24" o 27" en 1440p pero tampoco es que sea mala o se vea mal, en términos generales se aprecian los elementos en pantalla correctamente, aunque si ya has probado antes algún 1440p a 27" lógicamente sí notarás el cambio. Ya en el uso detalles como el Bleeding lo tiene bien controlado, como es de esperar en un panel VA con mayor contraste los negros son más profundos y por ende tienes una mejor experiencia en dicho color. De Stock la pantalla viene descalibrada en colores, la verdad no son los mejores pero ya que el menú del monitor es bastante completo "uno o dos ajustes aquí y allá" harán quedar el monitor excelente en imágen. Los 144Hz funcionan de maravilla combinado con el 1ms de respuesta cualquier juego que ejecutes se desempeñará excelente, eso claro, siempre y cuando tengas una GPU que pueda mover esos Hz, de otro modo aquí viene la otra parte y que también es un Plus bastante bueno, es 100% compatible con el Adaptive Sync de Nvidia en FreeSync usando los últimos Drivers, lamentablemente sólo funciona en Windows 10 esa característica, yo soy usuario de 8.1 y bueno, me tocó instalar en otra partición sólo para probarla, pero ya en juegos la verdad es que uf.. dentro del rango de 48/144Hz que funciona el FreeSync notarás una imagen más fluida, sin cortes y más estable, por si alguien tenía la duda al respecto de compatibilidad :) En términos generales es un muy buen monitor, también cuenta con ajuste de altura y rotación lateral, no puedes manipularlo hacia abajo como en modo ventana y creo también es compatible con una montura VESA. Le pongo 4 estrellas ya que a pesar de todo lamentablemente llegó con un pixel atascado justo en medio de la pantalla que se nota mucho en fondos negros y azules, me veo en la situación de aplicar una devolución pero cuando tenga nuevamente el crédito lo volveré a adquirir esperando que la prox. vez sí llegue bien.
