Great pump
These are great pumps and do a good job. I've used several of them and been happy with them all.

Pleased with the product.
This is the second Little Giant I own. The first one I owned worked for many years in our Koi pond. I was actually surprised how effectively it worked for all those years. When it came time to buy a replacement it was a no-brainer that I would buy another Little Giant.

Don’t buy this pump if you want to use it more than twice!
Bought this pump in Jan 2024. Went to use it for the THIRD TIME and it does not work. Thought maybe the sensor broke. Nope…nothing works! Extremely disappointed.

Little Giant is the #1 pump on the market. tech support people calculated flow for removal of water.
Little Giant is the pump of choice for swimming pool professionals and home owners like myself. The pump is extremely well designed and constructed. I used 1.5 in. Diameter tubing sold by little Giant to drain off water from my pool do I could refill with fresh water. Water level had to get lowered because cyneric acid level was too high.

Great Pump
I've owned a couple of these pumps. They hold up well & do what's expected. Will buy again.

There are better choices.
I replaced a Little Giant "Select" 1/3 hp LG-MPA33 sump pump with a bad bearing with one of these. Had to replumb because the output is 1 1/2" and not 1". This cost 3X the price of the 1492679 (actual model#) and moves less capacity for almost 1/2A more power draw. On top of it, it makes much more vibratory noise, like it is out of balance. Rubber pipe isolators on the output pipe helped. The pump is used to equalize the levels of rain water between two 10,000 gallon storage tanks. Guess I had better find new bearings and a shaft seal to repair the original pump. Best feature was next day shipping which may have been my mistake.

Little Giant Sump Pump
The item (Little Giant Sump Pump) was returned because the pump would not automatically shut off after the water was pumped out. Other models of the same brand do have this feature. This was not clearly indicated in the product description on Amazon. I have returned it and am still awaiting confirmation from Mtippin that my credit card was credited/ reimbursed.
