Will Baloo’s weighted blanket make me hot?

Baloo’s 100% cotton weighted blankets are cool, breathable, and free from polyester, perfect for year-round use without trapping heat.

How heavy should my weighted blanket be?

Choose by size and comfort. The 12 lbs Throw is our best seller—great for lounging. Blankets suit solo sleep; Comforters are ideal for sharing. Heavier can feel lighter when spread out. If unsure, start with the 12 lbs Throw—it's a customer favorite!

How are Baloo's weighted blanket different from other weighted blankets?

Baloo blankets are the only quilted weighted blankets made with 100% cotton and lead-free glass beads, no polyester.

Are your blankets machine washable?

Yes, all our blankets are machine washable and dryer safe. Throws and Blankets fit in home machines. Comforters need a commercial machine due to size—but washing is still easy and hassle-free.

Does it matter if I sleep on my side, back, or stomach?

Weighted blankets work for all sleep positions. Side sleepers may prefer a lighter weight (like the 12 lbs & 15 lbs over the 20 lbs blankets). Back and stomach sleepers can usually handle heavier options more comfortably.
