Love the product. The quality is very good and it is as per the description and photos. Design is good and durable. Before regular usage, you need to soak it in the bucket of water overnight and then remove and completely let it dry! Fill water and keep for sometime. It is a cooler and feels so nice to have the water. This water from the mitti ka jug also helps in controlling acidity. No leakage at all.

what I loved about the product is the capacity, it easily holds about a 1 litre and a half of water. The lid perfectly compliments the jug. The water stays cool and tastes really good out of the jug. Pouring it into the glass, water does not spill. The only issue is the slight water leak in my jug but I am still happy with the product.

I would say genuinely it's a worth buying product.. ..best quality...I followed it's 24 to 48 hours soaking in water then using this earthenware water jug it's truly really best in quality...white kayer deposit is very common in earthenware just wash it nicely after few days as white deposit layer arises it's simply salt layer....amazing sturdy handke tough handke not breakable cool cool water u will get pks buy genuinely best n worth the price locally I bought earthen pots quality of earth used by locals is not pure this is genuine earth used no impurities in earth used to make the jug....

I have been using it for about 4-5 months now. No issues till date. I use it to fill drinking water and place it on my dining table. Not just the aesthetic look it adds to, it cools the water as well which is expected from it. I clean it in regular intervals and use it. I read a lot of comments mentioning about the white layer formation outside the pot due to which I was hesitant before buying this. But thought to give a try. No issues w.r.t white layer formation on the outer surface too.I dint see anything coming up if cleaned regularly

The he first one was really good. In the second water tasting like Fevicol. :) Dunno what to do.

mais hélas elle colle au lavage, et l'eau restée trempé pendant 24 heures n'empêche en rien le goût dégueulasse que donne cette carafe à l'eau. En plus l'eau fuit je regrette cet article ...j'ai perdu mon argent!!!
