I purchased to complete a beach theme in an office. First thing, this fan is pretty nice. I love the dark wood color and it's very windy-does the job well. There's no light to interfere with switches either. The pull chain is a good length too. I added a decorative one to replace the one included. There are three settings so you can change the airflow. Also, it reverses for the winter months if you want to help circulate your heat. I keep on the low setting, and it really helps circulate when the air conditioning is on. No noise or wobbling and it's actually very pretty. Not a bad fan at all and well worth the price which is not expensive at all compared to other sellers.

Beautiful and easy to install. We have them on our porches in a tropical climate. I worry about the chains for changing speeds rusting but that’s an easy fix when they finally succumb from the ocean salt and breeze. The solid wood of the blades seem to hold up well the the tropical humidity and produce great airflow when the shore to offshore breezes are stalling each other.

Attractive, easy to install, very quiet and they really circulate the air. I recommend these fans highly.

I had a concern when I looked at the instructions. I wanted a close mount type fan, and the instructions state that this model is not adaptable to that. After I looked at all the parts I realized that even if it's not shown in the instructions, they do supply all the parts to make it a close mount. This fan is well built, easy to assemble and install, and now looks great. Ok, so my fan doesn't look like the one in the listing. My wife wanted a coastal theme fan, and this is what she came up with. Unfortunately it had a black housing and cherry finished blades. Nothing that some disassembly, paint, labor and a light fixture from another project that I adapted to achieve the look that my wife envisioned. The fan does not come with a remote. For us that's OK, we keep our fans on one speed.

Very pretty. East to put together. Instructions are easy to follow. Installs -not too bad, like any ceiling fan does. The wood is fragile inexpensive carved wood- but once installed you can't tell.

Very sturdy, and has great air flow on each setting. The sound is soothing, and it's great for a large ceiling. Very easy to assemble! So happy with purchase, and comes as seen, no surprises!

Stunning looking, extremely well made and powerful air circulation. A real statement piece with great functionality. I also bought the universal remote with the smaller-sized receiver so it can fit in the canopy (also from Amazon) and I think this is a must, as the unit doesn't come with a remote. The remote provides 3 speeds and an off switch; no need to reach for the chain at all. I cannot speak to ease of installation as I hired a professional to install. However I can tell you it was a 2-person job as the motor is heavy. You will not regret this purchase.

This fan goes beautifully in my sunroom. The leaf pattern on the blades is a perfect accent piece. Colors go well. Fan runs smoothly with no wobble and I did not even need to use the balancing kit. Installation went easily. Very satisfied with this fan.
