This shower shelf is well made and stays up as it should.The first unit I got did not stay against the wall. I think it was warped at the bottom.The customer service rep had me send a pic of the problem.Once that was done they sent me a new unit and it worked fine.Just remember to tighten the sucking cup knobs several times over the first few weeks.

I needed a shower caddy with suction cups that was strong enough to hold all my products without falling down into the tub. After a day or two of apprehension (I even lined my tub with a towel just in case) I can honestly say how thrilled I am with this product! It’s a quality shower caddy!

The suction directly to my bathroom wall was terrible. One I added the adhesive to it… amazing! Was trying to avoid using adhesive being that I rent but it is what it is

This product is worth every penny. It wouldn’t stay attached to the shower wall. It has the tiniest of texture. The wall has to be smooth like glass. I didn’t want to use the included stick-ons to remedy that because I’ll be remodeling soon. I attached the unit to the glass wall of my shower and loaded it all my products. It’s been about 4 weeks now and it’s never moved.

Other products I have bought for my shower never seemed to work. I have had this product in my shower and it holds very well. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends.

I live in an apartment complex and we got a new bathtub installed and I didn’t want to ruined anything so I got this . Wow very easy to install and very sturdy. I got two big bottles of shampoo and conditioner and it hasn’t fallen off .

I purchased this 2 basket shower caddy, along with the soap basket. Both arrived in perfect condition. There are no assembly or installation instructions, however I have experience with these types of suction cup/adhesive mounted products, so thos wasn't a big deal for me. I do have concerns regarding durability of the mounting, because the ceramic tile in my shower is not flat. There is actually quite a bit of texture, but it is a sealed/slick surface. I was very careful with installation, so I'll update in a few weeks or if it falls off the wall. IThis could have been a 5 star product if clear instructions had been included.In case anyone needs installation instructions...1. Determine where you want to install & thoroughly clean the entire area. Use a magic Eraser & a drop of Dawn to scrub & cut through any soap residue or hard water scaling/build up. **A SUPER CLEAN & OIL FREE SURFACE IS VITAL FOR A STRONG ADHESION, USING SUCTION OR ADHESIVE MOUNTING DISKS**2. Using a clean paper towel & rubbing alcohol, wipe the whole area. Allow to air dry.3. Use a clean paper towel & rubbing alcohol to wipe the black suction cup & set aside to airdry.4. If using adhesive disks for mounting (if there is any texture to the surface that you want to mount to, then I highly recommend that you use the adhesive mounting disks), use a clean paper towel & rubbing alcohol to wipe the non adhesive side of the mounting disk & allow to air dry.5. If using adhesive mounting disks, attach mounting bracket to shower caddy or other product that you plan to hang on the wall.6. Carefully, attach adhesive mounting disk to mounting bracket & peel off adhesive backing.7. Very carefully position onto wall & press the mounting brackets firmly.8. If using only suction, turn knob until firmly attached to the wall.9. If using adhesive mounting disks, I suggest continuing to press for several minutes before tightening suction knobs.

The suction power ensures your bathroom products stay attached…, If your wall is a bit porous , the shelf will start to sag or fall. Just check the suction once in a while and re-attach. This is normal as moisture will creep around the seal. Using on glass is best.This is not that much more expensive than the cheap plastic stuff which breaks when it falls down. This unit fell down a few times (too lazy to check the seal once in awhile) full of products and nothing fell apart.

I have had this product for several months (moved it once to a different part in the shower) and thus far no issues. Everything holds up, it's fairly compact, and i've loaded each rack fully with no threat of falling due to weight or bad suction. Well worth the purchase, highly recommend! Best part is it wont be a pain to take with me when I move or leave anything to clean!

Excellent product - good suction, easy to hang, small enough to not interfere with showering.

Right now, it is working great! Since we suctioned it, it's held on amazingly. We have quite a few bottles and things on there and it has held up! I'm unsure of it's life span but we've had it for about 2 months now and it works great!

I installed this on the back wall of a fibreglass tub enclosure so a really smooth surface. I did have one side come loose after a day but was obviously my fault as the other side has never moved. I took a bit better care putting it on and it has stayed there now for over a month with a good assortment of shampoos, etc on the shelves.
