Got the product home and was very excited to use this but was very disappointed. I used a Samsung fast charger ac adapter and the cable included and could not charge my new s9. Tried to unplug everything and put my phone on again and got it to charge... But only in one or two very specific positions. Tried the two phone at a time like the description said and the other phone which is a s8 would not charge at all. Tried the s8 by itself in every possible position and it refused to charge. Put the s8 on my generic Verizon wireless charger and it worked immediately. Needless to say I am returning it as soon as possible.Edit: After talking to the customer service person they apologized about the miscommunication with the adapter. To any would be buyers I would first ensure you have or are buying the proper adapter to use the product properly. Since I could not use the product I can't give it more stars.

I was using this pad to charge both mine and my wife's phones overnight, but we ended up having to retire this charger because the positioning was so finicky. Often we would wake up to find one of our phones hadn't charged. Even when the phone is placed in the correct position, often a very small disturbance from placing the other phone was enough to knock the phone out of alignment. To make it worse, there weren't really any alignment markings to help you figure out where to place the phone.We ended up going with a pair of vertical wireless chargers instead.

It charges 2 iPhone 10x's with protective cases (not heavy duty cases), but requires a 3 amp charger and type C USB cable that have to be ordered separatley. I ordered a Qualcom QC3.0=2USB Dual Charger 3.0 wall charger and JSAUX USB TYPE C cable (2-Pack 6.6fT) from Amazon. The phones need to be placed precisely or they won,t charge, one phone not so precise. It is nice to be able to charge two phones on headboard with one charger because iWatches each have their own chargers. I rated it a 4 star because I had to research for a charger and USB cable.

I have used this for 3 days now to charge two iPhones and it has worked without issue. No excessive heating, identifies, and begins charging quickly.Only one complaint, but not worth docking a star; I bought the black version and it is a fingerprint magnet.Nonetheless, pleased with this purchase. Will buy another one for travel.

This charger provided a quick cord free charge which is exactly what I was looking for. No more broken charging cords here! Love that it can charge 2 phones at once too. Def recommend!
