It took more than a month to receive them and they were smaller than normal. After my 1-star review, the company contacted me and sent a larger second pair. I changed my review to 3 stars because of the good customer service I received in rectifying the situation. My granddaughter tried the second pair and stated the product is poorly made and should not receive more than a 3-star, average rating.
