These vitamins are great, I’m noticing my hair starting to come in again, and seems to be growing a bit faster. It does take about a month to start noticing results, but worth it. I imagine a few more months will be even better. All good things take time. No bad side effects. I like that there is no dht blocker in this formula. I have tried dht blockers for hair loss before and it has all sorts of nasty side effects.
