This is a very functional, sturdy and beautiful addition to my silverware drawer. It expands to fit perfectly in the drawer space I have. There is plenty of room for all my cutlery and more. I love the bamboo wood .. so expensive looking. Highly recommended.

This was purchased to replace a worn out white plastic (cheap) organizer that didn't really fit the drawer. This purchase was exactly what we needed. It fits our drawer perfectly. I was concerned as the published dimensions were what my drawer was. If anything was off by even 1/8" it wouldn't have worked. It was PERFECT!! And it looks AWESOME. Very well built. Only critique I have is the spacers provided should be longer. I know these were made the length they are so the can be easily removed when needed. However I think I would have preferred full length spacers with a finger hole in them. Just a personal preference. We love this product.

My organizer was delivered. April 9,2019 and I couldn't be happier with it. I love the beautiful warm colour of the bamboo and the construction is seamless and sturdy.Later on in the year I will buy one for my daughter for Christmas. I know she will love it also.Although I did not need to extend it, it may come in handy in the future. In the meantime I am very pleased with my purchase and do not find the price outrageous considering t the quality. I put it in the drawer and filled it with cutlery within 20minutes of taking it out of the box. Like a kid in a candy store.....just between you and I ....... as everyone else would think I am going batty over a drawer organizer. I mean....who does that?Anyway, I am happy and that's always good. I joined your VIP Club so I look forward to receiving a 20% discount when the time comes for another purchase.I am now going to your other site to claim my bamboo trivet. Feels like my birthday! I was a little nervous ordering this after reading the bad reviews but it was just what I was looking for. Received the organizer today and it fits my drawer beautifully. It came all in one piece. Good packaging. Slid into my drawer and I expanded the sides with no problem. Everything fit and there is a place for everything. My silverware drawer has never been so organized. The organizer is well made and no cracks. There was even a card in the package for a number to call and the name of the person to talk to if there is a problem with the product. I would not hesitate to buy a second organizer if I needed it.

The 4 stars is for the minor damage which was easily fixed.It was packaged well as you can see in the unboxing photos. Not all other brands will come packaged as well as this brand IMO.We love the size of this one as it fits our drawer perfectly. Organizer is at max width in picture. You can see the 2 locking plates that come with it so it won’t close up on you in the drawer. Easy to clean with just a damp towel, slots are roomy/wide enough for 12 place setting as we have plus you could still put more if desired.The only con was that when In(the husband) opened the box you can see the damage. At first I was like we should send it back for another one but after looking at what was wrong I saw it was an easy fix. I pulled the little finishing staple that had missed its mark out, then put some wood glue/adhesive in the slot. Clamped it down and let it dry. You can see the finished product in the final pictures. If you don’t know what to look for or look really close, you’d never know. Much easier then sending it back and hoping the next one isn’t worse.Overall this looks to be a nice and sturdy product. Not everyone’s will come with flaws as we had. To me they were minor and easy to fix.

I was very impressed by the video put out by the manufacturer and it was a factor in my ordering this particular organizer. I like manufacturers who take pride in their product. Before reading the information on this organizer I had no idea that other such organizers say their product is made of bamboo when the base is actually made of manufactured wood(which uses chemicals). I was looking for a bamboo silverware organizer and this one is perfect. It expands to customize the fit and comes with inserts to keep that configuration stable. It is beautiful to look at and beautifully made. I like it so much I am ordering another to use for my utensils drawer.

Updated Review:So the business owner sent me another one due to my bad first experience....and it was exactly what I expected from reading other reviews. This one was also sealed like the first, but it was all intact. It is thick bamboo and pretty sturdy. I like how it fits in my oversized drawer. Just goes to show you that you can’t control the manufacturer and this business owner stands behind their product! I do recommend this product.First Review:This came and I was soo excited to get this for my new kitchen. It was in a cellophane wrapped box with bubble wrap inside. It was broken and completely missing a bottom section! How does that happen?! So not worth the money. The photos are right after opening the box. The bottom left outside slider is completely missing.

I put two side by side in a wide drawer. Looks great and the deeper slots work just fine.
