Nice color but flat and not creamy soft or moisturizing.
A little too flat pink for me. I had recalled this as a richer, premier hot pink, but I’ll keep trying different colors till I get the right one.

Wasteful 8 days a lipstick that somehow escaped the package
Worst experience - never received product. Hassle to request refund. Ordered a simple tube of lipstick on June 1st - instead of quick prime delivery I was notified there was a shipping issue and the package which apparently shipped out of NC to AZ didn’t arrive until today, June 8th and the delivery person left a sealed EMPTY package. Would have loved to try again but they wanted me to check a box agreeing to return the lipstick that never arrived or get charged. When I selected the refund my money, it also wanted me to return the product that never arrived. Had to go thru am the annoying Amazon chat to get the return processed. L’Oreal owes me $ for the time wasted for their ghost shipment.
