The TPU design makes it pretty grippy. But not too much grip that it pulls out your pant pocket. I really appreciate that it is easily to slip on and off. This might be a negative for some, but I like to clean my phone often. I have taken this off almost every other day since release date and it still holds its shape.The other great design of it is that it covers the buttons completely. It is not a cut out so it prevents dust build up there.Another good design choice, this might have been by accident haha, but they made the bottom speaker grills symmetrical. On the XS Max, they did not make the speakers grill/microphone grill symmetrical. This case fixes that by having 7 cutouts on each side.The inclusion of imitation antenna bands also gives it a finished look. It can sometimes look like you don't have a case on at all because it mimics the iPhone well.I see no reason to not recommend this. It is a pretty great case. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Fills the Bill *by D***H on Reviewed in the United States on November 27, 2018* I wanted a cover that was thin (not bulky), and this cover is quite thin. Therefore, it doesn't provide much protection from jarring, but it keeps the case from scratches and dents (when dropped on hard surfaces).
