KastKing Sol Armis UPF50+ Fingerless Fishing Gloves, Men and Women

I am super impressed. I used them fishing for 8 hours this past weekend. What I liked most was that I could wrap braid around my hand and pull my knots (leader to fluro) tight without cutting into my hand, nor damaging the gloves. They seem pretty heavy duty even though they are thin or light weight. Great for blocking sun burn. The stitching seems good quality. If I am being honest, I am not sure they will last for years... but maybe at best a dozen fishing trips. They're worth the money and I even purchased a second set after I realized I like these so much. One thing to note: I thought a darker color would attract or hold heat.... but it didn't. They felt outdoor temperature and did not seem to heat up or make me feel like they were causing me to experience more heat.

I am very happy with my purchase of these gloves. They are well made, comfortable and protect my hands from the sun during my morning and evening dog walks. I toss them in the washer with my other clothes once a week and they seem to tolerate this just fine. I normally wear a size large glove and ordered large (LXL). I found that the large fit me well, but was a hassle to take on and off twice a day for my walks. I ordered an Extra Extra large for my second pair. These fit me a little but loose, AND ARE PERFECT for my use because they are much easier to slide on and off. I'm saving the LXL pair for activities where I need a snugger fit. The ONLY thing I would change on the product would be to add a little bit of leather to the other fingers (that don't have leather) just to give them a little more reinforcing and easier to get on and off. I am really glad I found these, and plan on using them twice a day for a long, long time.

I am a fishing guide. I needed gloves to protect my hands from the sun, and keep my hands from getting sliced up and poked from fins / gill plates / scales. I tried various other brands of gloves--some cheap and some very expensive. I wasn't happy with the quality. I gave these Kast Kings a try. Now, I won't use anything else other than these. I liked them so much, I went back and bought a half dozen other pairs in various colors, and bought the matching neck gaiters. They are snug fitting, even after two seasons of washing in the machine and hanging up to dry. They don't fall apart. The leather patches on the palms are EXACTLY in the right spots for gripping the rod. It covers enough of the fingers, but leaves the tips open for tactile stuff. And they are CHEAP compared to other gloves and the quality of those competitors' products. I've personally been a bit disappointed in the quality of some of the other Kast King products, specifically fishing hardware. I am very picky and particular, and I have a low tolerance for cheaply made material. My equipment gets a lot of use, so durability is very important to me. Despite other strikeouts, Kast King hit a home run with these gloves. These are great.

These 3/4 gloves really do fit like a glove! I didn't realize just how damaging the sun was to my hands until wearing them. My hands were noticeably cooler while fishing in full sun. The gloves especially protected the 'snuffbox' area between my thumb and index finger from the usual chafing that comes on a 500+ cast day. They did get wet, but did not tighten up on my hand, and dried quickly in the sun. The 'pull ON' tab is perfect. The 'pull OFF' tab is a little harder to use, but not hard enough to affect my overall 5 star review. My son has a pair of the shorter, half-size gloves that he loves, but I like the longer finger covering and the fact that they cover my wrists comfortably. The sizing chart was accurate, and the gloves arrived in a timely fashion exactly as promised. All the KastKing products that I have ordered (rod, reel, gloves, line, and digital fish weight scale) have all performed well, with NO breakdowns or letdowns! I can't say the same about my other 'go-to' brands. And the price point is below what you would expect to pay for the quality of their gear. JUST BUY IT! You will not be disappointed!

When it comes to gripping a kayak paddle the grip is very poor, padding is fair, thickness is good, protection, and breathability is also good.

Compre loa guantes para manejar en carretera ya que viajo mucho y es zona tropical de mucho sol, tambien para cuando salgo en bicicleta, me quedaron ligeramente flojos, pero mi mano es delgada y la muñeca todavia mas, pero me gusto el ajuste que tienen. En algunos comentarios decían que eran muy largos y eso hacia difícil de maniobrar ciertas cosas, pero en mi caso no es asi para el uso que les dare.
