Resistance band
Fast shipping. Band seems sturdy and it even came with instructions for use. Purchased to help with physical therapy exercises but the added exercises was a nice bonus.

I purchased the Aqua band
I purchased this after watching YouTube channel The Girl with The Pilates Mat. The band brand she used is only sold in UK and Europe, so I searched until I found this one - which is very similar. I completed a workout today and this band was perfect and strong for completing all the exercises and long enough for the extensions. I also purchased the shorter version.

Really good band and quality but not light
I used the band in a Zenga zoom class and as I just had shoulder surgery I needed the lightest band and the pink was labeled as the lightest, but was not. I couldn’t even use it. I had to use my yellow band. It was more like the red or even green. It was good and sturdy but not the light that I needed.

Snapped in half with first use
I took this band out of the package and started doing some light exercise and stretching. On the 4th exercise I tried, the band completely snapped in half.

Cinta de buena calidad aparentemente.
Con esto de la pandemia y no poder acudir al gimnasio tuve que buscar alternativas para hacer ejercicio y no adocenarme. Me fijé en las cintas elásticas, son baratas, fáciles de usar en casa y hay muchos ejercicios por internet, así que me prestaron unas y me puse a utilizarlas. No están mal, no es lo mismo que acudir al gimnasio pero me puedo mantener, lo malo es que algunas no tienen mucha calidad y se parten al mes o así de usarlas. Esta cinta viene a sustituir dos que partí, una en un mes y otra en dos días, parece de mejor calidad que sus antecesoras, de otras marcas, espero que me dure más tiempo.
