Are the white hangers a bright white or more of an off-white?

They are not bright white, they are a slight off white. They are pretty with the rose gold and the velvet doesn’t rub off.

Does the rose pink shed particles as some customers find? I want to protect my clothing investment which is considerable.

I have been using the Mediterranean Blue and Turquoise colored hangers for more than a few months and I have not seen anything like that. I was worried when I saw how deep the colors were that they would bleed onto my clothes, but they have not. But speaking of shedding, one unfortunate thing is that if I drop one on the ground and don’t pick it up, it’s almost impossible to get the white cat hair off. Just thought I’d throw that out there. Love these hangers though.

Like every hanger on here that's not over $5/each.

Are they white or cream hangers?

Don't know, as I got the pink ones.
