Do these stick well on textured walls?

yes,they did....and I took some of the decals, bought some small colored picture frames at a dollar store and used them in the frames. My granddaughter is 3 and she loved it. They do remove easily also.

What’s different between the two versions

I have the older version and I like it very much. It's sturdy and has never peeled off my walls. This version has different decals like the bows; I prefer the older one.

What is the Material is it vinly

I believe they are, very easy to peel on and off.

Will they stick on flat or satin painted walls?

I have them on "stucco" walls which are not flat and they have stayed for over a year. No peeling at all.
