RENPHO Full Foot Massager with Heat, Deep Shiatsu for Plantar Fasciitis

This is the first foot massage machine I’ve owned, but I tried a few others before buying. This machine works just as well as a much more expensive one that I tried in a Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I took a chance on buying this one based on good reviews I read here and based on the lower price, and I’m glad I did. I ended up buying a 2nd machine as a Christmas present for family. When you turn it on, it defaults to the L low setting. It has heat, air, and shiatsu massage functions. The heat just has the on/off option (it gets pretty warm but not too hot), while the air massage and shiatsu massage options have L low, M medium, and H high options. You can also choose between 15 or 30 minute sessions. Pro tip: wear thicker socks. The first time I tried this out of the box, I was barefoot and the massage felt bad right away. But as soon as I tried it again with some thick socks on, it made all the difference in the world. I like to use the following settings: 15 minute massage, heat on, L low shiatsu massage, and H high air massage. It’s a perfect relaxing treat after a long day of work, or an invigorating way to start the day! Hope it stands up to use over time (I’ve only had it a few days now, and I’ll update later). This fit my foot (women’s 7.5-8 shoe size), as well as all of my cousins’ feet who are all very tall men (I don’t know their shoe sizes) For the price, this foot massage machine is a good value!

I’m giving this one 4 stars because I’m mixed on it overall — it’s nice, but not quite what I expected. The good: it feels good on tired feet, helps my feet relax, and the air pressure feature is a legit bonus. I especially like that it doesn’t just rub — it really massages. Downsides for me are mostly fit and sizing. I have a medium to high arch, and it didn’t quite reach into my arch the way I hoped it would. Also, the product photos made it look like it would hit just below the ankle bone, which was a big reason I picked this model… but it definitely does not hit there in real life. The pressure settings are decent — the medium setting just isn’t enough for me, and the high setting is almost too much, so I’m still figuring out what works best. Overall, it’s a nice foot massager that does a good job helping my feet feel better — but if you have higher arches or are expecting that exact fit from the pictures, it might not be perfect. Worth trying if you want a solid at-home foot massage, just not a total home run for me.

Dont buy this product. My sister bought one and I bought one for my wife for xmas. Right out of the box my sister’s unit did not work. The unit I bought for my wife worked until this week and stoped working. I unplugged it to move it out of the way to vacuum and after that plugged it back in and the lights cam on but it would not turn on by pushing the power button. If I unplugged it again and plugged it back in the unit would start to run the rollers but would not do anything else by using the buttons. I tried to get through to the manufacture and requested a phone call through Amazon site but was hung up on after waiting about 5 min on hold. Again don't buy this product ir will either not work out of the box or fail a few months later.

I am a HUGE fan of the Renpho eye mask, so I was really excited to get this for my worsening joint pain from my autoimmune disease. However, my experience with this so far has not been at all like my experience with the eye massager. The kneading really doesn't feel good unless the airpressure provides enough force to help it dig into your foot. You also have to position it exactly right unless you want the kneading to crush your pinky toe or rub bone. I thought maybe just using the airpressure instead of the kneading might be better. The airpressure at the first two levels feel good but nothing like a massage. I tried increasing to the third level and it felt great for all of 30 seconds until I felt like my foot was getting crushed. I tried to power through it thinking that's what I needed but it HURT. After that, it was genuinely hard to walk my feet for the next 24h. The problem for me is that the normal levels are weak and then there is a BIG jump in intensity for the third level. The heat is also weak. I wish there was better adjustment all around. It also did nothing for the back of my feet which is what I have pain with the most. Overall, I'm just a bit disappointed. I know how great Renpho products can be, so I just hope there can be improvements made to this product too!

I decided to purchase this product because I had a great experience with my first RENPHO product (The Smart Scale) which is still going strong. I wanted something for me and my parents where it allows to wind down on a long day of walking or standing. What made me choose this foot massager compared to other brands is the design and looks of it. Since this is going to be in my living room, I wanted something that not only works well but also looks well. Lets start with the design of this product: Design + Setup: The foot massager size is best described as the size of a basketball. I would say it is slightly bigger than that with quite a bit of weight. What I enjoyed about it is the touch functions of the different intensity and tightness. This made it easy for me to change settings without needing to press down too hard. The product, overall, was not difficult to setup. It came with an adapter that runs from the massager to an outlet. Once, you plug both in then you are in business. Usability: There are two different time lengths for the massage - 15 minutes and 30 minutes. I didn't really see any different patterns between the 2 times besides the fact that it is longer in length. You can turn off anytime in between and do not have to utilize full sessions. The knead intensity has three settings ranging from low to high. I started with low but that wasn't quite strong enough for me so I went to high. High is definitely a good strength and is currently the setting that I enjoy utilizing. There is an air intensity button that also has 3 settings. I'm not exactly sure what this does but it appears to be the tightness of when it massages your feet. I find the highest setting to be a little too much so I like to keep my setting on medium. There is also a warmer function which is great in colder weathers or when your feet is cold. All the functions on this machine work well and if there is one thing I had to make a suggestion on is the warmer time. It appears the product doesn't warm up as quickly as I like it too. You don't really feel that warm until around 5-10 minutes into the session. Experience: My experience with this product is using it while watching television or doing some work. The machine itself isn't too noisy but don't expect it to be completely silent. My favorite settings includes the warmer on, high kneading intensity, and medium air intensity. The massager grips the feet tighter at different times which I really enjoy. It makes my feet feel well relaxed after a long day of walking. One of my concerns was actually washing the portion where the feet goes into because that can get dirty fast. However, it appears to be a zippered section that can be taken off with a soft waterproof like material on where the feet goes. When the time comes, I will take it off to give it a good ol wash. Overall, I would recommend this foot massager to anyone interested in feet relief at the end of a long day. It is not only refreshing and relaxing, but makes your feet feel much better. Overall, I would give this a solid 5 star.

It was great while it worked, but sadly in only lasted about 8 months. At first it started turning itself on spontaneously at times, then it wouldn’t turn off. The only way to get it to stop running was to unplug it. Shortly after those issues began, the heater stopped warming and the squeezing effect stopped working. The rollers still kneaded, but the inflating sleeve that squeezes your feet stopped squeezing. Just today, as I sat down to write this review and take some video, I realized that the kneading rollers no longer work either. The lights turn on, but nothing happens. Should have lasted longer than eight months, especially given the limited use we got out of it. I will say that we loved it when it worked. It’s very relaxing and almost as nice as a foot massage from human hands, but the short lifespan was a huge disappointment. EDIT: ------- After reaching out to Renpho about this issue, expecting that they would offer to replace it since it failed well within their warranty window (as stated on their website), I was instead met with an offer to refund me for half since in their words, I "did get almost 11 months of use out of it". I'm shocked and appalled. This is not how a warranty program is meant to work. Clearly they are trying to squeeze a little more money out of me for their faulty product rather than standing behind their product. As it stands, I will not be buying any more products from this company, and will strongly urge anyone to do the same. During the time ours did work, we had four separate friends and family members enjoy it so much that they all bought their own. I will now be informing all of them about our disappointing experience.

I have a lot of heal issues and take a low dose of prescription pain killers whenever it acts up. Have been suffering with it for years. Massage would help a bit, but it's really hard to do it with your hands and my foot is as hard as a rock. Decided to buy this just to give it a try and see if it helps. I love it!!! It's strong enough to massage the hell out of my feet and it's simply amazing. My heel is super hard and this does an amazing job with it. I have never felt this kind of relief from any other massaging tool have I bought over the years and I have bought many. I will go ahead and say that this is the best purchase I have made on Amazon, ever, period!!! I simply love it. The one issue I do want to bring up is it will not work for small feet or extra large feet. I am a size 12 and it works perfectly for me but my wife is a size 7 and she can't feel the front rollers or if she pushes her foot forward, can't feel the heel one. Also at 12, I am almost a perfect fit and I don't believe anyone over 12 can fit in it. I would not call it a con, but making this flexible would jack up the price like crazy to make it work for all foot sizes, so I understand. So if you are a size may be 10-12, get it.. it's amazing.

Un buen regalo para mi papá. El masajeador es muy fácil de utilizar. Un botón para encender y otros 2 para velocidad y para encender o apagar la emisión de calor. El cable es de 1.8m, por lo que llegar de un contacto detrás del sofá, fue muy justo, pero con una extensión puede solucionarse fácilmente. La caja donde viene, recomiendo que la guarden por si quieren llevar el masajeador a otra casa o un viaje.

A nice product overall, but well I mean it's a foot massager, no one gonna bend over and press the buttons by hand. And the massager always turns on the full speed by default, which makes me have to lower the speed every single time turn it on. Meanwhile, as expected and unexpected, your buttons were designed for fingers. -0.5pt.
