Leg Stretcher Door Stretching Strap with Resistance Band, Splits Trainer

Having a daughter as a competitive gymnast, flexibility is super important, and the Ttolbi Stretching Strap has helped her so much! She’s been using it for a few weeks now, and I can already see a difference in her splits and leg extensions. One of her favorite things about this strap is how easy it is to set up. She just puts it over her door, close it, and it’s ready to use. It feels really strong and secure, so I don’t have to worry about it slipping and hitting her in the head! She says the padding on the strap is comfortable too, so it doesn’t hurt her foot when she stretches. My daughter uses it every day for splits, leg holds, and even to warm up before practice. It helps her get a deeper stretch without forcing anything, which is great because no parent wants to deal with an injured child. I’ve noticed her kicks and leaps are getting better in gymnastics, and overall, her flexibility has greatly improved! I’ve been debating buying this kind of item for YEARS, wondering if I would buy it, not use it but it’s a game changer! It helps me work with holding poses and easily allows me to focus on my body alignment while working on deepening my stretch without tiring my arms holding my foot or band. I’m adult in my late 30’s but still focus on maintaining and advancing on my flexibility, regardless of age! I use it for all Kinds of work out routine pole, ballet and yoga. Only a week of use and I’m almost able to reach a standing split again.

The bracket used to hold the loop together on the strap needs to be stronger. I was doing a standing bow stretch, and the bracket came loose, causing my foot to fling out of the strap and kick my dresser. I was laying on the floor for like five minutes in terrible pain, before I could even move and get up. My foot hurts so bad. Please create a stronger bracket for the strap. ***Updating this, after the incredibly thoughtful and proactive response I received from the brand. They are taking all measures with their manufacturing team to ensure this doesn’t happen again. It may be that the bracket holding the loop on the strap needs to be reinforced. They refunded me, and have been in full communication with me. Only reason I’m putting 4 stars is because of the excellent customer service I’ve received from them, not the product itself. The reason I chose this brand is because, contrary to others, they use sustainable cotton for the strap. Hopefully their product improves and this doesn’t happen again.

I bought this to help me with my splits and am very happy with the product. It's easy to use, and I realised that I can actually just loop the strap on its own over my pull up bar so it's even easier now. The length is good for me and my daughter who is 8 YO can also use it. The strap weave is of good quality and not loose like some products can be. It comes with another elastic band which can be used for stretching, a bag to store the products and a set of instructions. If you email them, they will send you a PDF of more stretches that can be done with the straps. They replied so promptly when I requested for it, so 5* for their customer service :)
