I've only mounted my phone 3-4 times so far, and I haven't handled it roughly, but it has started to break. The stick is okay, though I expected better quality. If only Amazon's return policy had not changed, I'd have returned this one.I only bought this because I thought I'd return it if I don't like the quality. I believed that Amazon has a no-questions-asked return policy on all Prime products. Now I'm feeling cheated by Amazon, and also a little stupid for not knowing about Amazon's change of return policy.For anybody looking to buy this, I'd recommend going for Stuffcool brand. I've seen that in use at my office, it is proper quality stuff.
